Sketch Layouts:

£15/Plot
Min Fee - £500

Colour layouts for presentation purposed add £5/plot

CAD Layouts:

£85/Plot
Min Fee - £500

Colour layouts for presentation purposes add £10/plot

House Type Planning drawings:

£350 per house type

(Assumed to be based on Housebuilder’s standard product)

Street Scenes:

£300 per street scene

All other work:

£75 per hour
Meetings – Flat rate of £250

*Any works not outlined above can be agreed separately or on a site by site basis.
